Amazingly, i haven't touched my lappy for 5 days.

Now that my internship has started, i'll only blog once a week at most.

Intern life is tiring.
I wonder who told me that after FYP, i can relax during intern.
That is a LIE! ><

I wake up at 5am every morning and only reach home around 8pm. If i decide to on my lappy, i'm not going to have enough sleep. So i'm going to try my best to not on my lappy at all.

One more things to rant about intern...

The food there is horrible! HORRIBLE! Not as bad as USS when we first started working there but still horrible. My workplace is in the middle of nowhere. I cannot go out to eat and there is only one stall at the staff canteen. I get to eat whatever they decide to cook. No choice at all ><

At least the people there are nice :)
And time walks there(unlike USS, where time crawls).

I actually wanted to blog about ONE PIECE(again :p).

Hmmmmm... I guess i'll still blog about ONE PIECE.
So this will be quite a long post.

I cannot understand why ONE PIECE has such low popularity outside Japan. It's not low, it's just not as good as Naruto and Bleach. Which i still cannot understand as these two manga can never match up to OP.

Let me share some of the achievements of ONE PIECE with everyone(who will be reading). These are little things that makes me happy:)

As of August, ONE PIECE has sold over 20 million copies in 2010 alone in Japan!(say WOW!)
That is 15 million more than #2, Naruto.

ONE PIECE also has the highest record for weekly sales per volume. It's 59th volume sold 1, 853,000 copies within 5 days.(say WOW! again :p) It has been selling more than 1 million copies a week continuously since the 50th volume in 2008.

One last thing to share. Luffy was the first manga/anime character to be on the cover of a leading Man's magazine :D

I don't know how long more before One Piece ends. I heard that the New World Saga might be the last saga but it's just a rumor. One Piece should have ended years ago. I hope it'll not be soon though ><

How Luffy thinks that he cannot accomplish much without his crew.

I learned two things today from one situation.
(1) Never compare
(2) Always remember

I wonder why we always tend to forget about the good things that people do for us? Yet, the negative feelings and emotions comes so easily?

So it's always important to write things down. Write it is a diary if it's personal, on your blog if you can share. Keep sweet and encouraging messages, have items that will remind you of what someone or what God has done for you.

These are some things that brings you faith when you go through valleys. They get rid of the bitterness in your heart.

One small gesture and it kept me thinking my whole way home. That is how powerful jealousy is.

PS: I like to be alone because i refuse to be lonely...

OH HAPPY DAY!~

Laughed a lot today. Amelia and i went a little crazy today, laugh non-stop though out the day. I think that's what FYP does to a person. Laugh till stomach pain and cheeks ache. I think if this goes on, i'll have abs. LOL! :D

Met JJ and Wee Kiong when we left school. Went to Vivo together. I miss our M06/05 days. I want my class back ><

Went to the bookstore. I really wanna buy books but most of them are quite expensive :(
When i start working and earn my own money, i'm going to buy lots of books.

It's been super long since i posted an actual post. Sorry :p

I think i'll have to postpone what i really wanna blog about since it will take me too long.

Watched TOY STORY 3 on Monday. Toy Story is my favorite movie series ever since i was a kid. It is a must watch. But don't bother watching it in 3D as there isn't any special 3D effects. Toy Story 3 feels like a film targeted at adults instead of children. Maybe it's for those who grew up with Toy Story, people like ME!

I've always love to watch movies. Throughout my whole Secondary school life, i've only watched less than what my ten fingers can count :(
But from starting of the year till now, i've already watched 12 movies! WOW! :D

I've almost completed the "i wanna watch" movie list that i posted at the start of the year. There's only Letters to Juliet left.

There is this very interesting site called Hunch. It is a recommendation site. They will ask you a list of questions and give you recommendation on almost anything from what you should eat for lunch to lame things like what your nickname should be.

I was a little bored just now and i went to search for "What website should i surf when i'm bored".

They gave me a list of sites and one really caught my attention.

freerice.com

When you have nothing to do please go to freerice. They ask very simple questions from English, Math to Chemistry. For every question you answer correctly, they will donate 10 grains of rice to the hungry. I think it is very meaningful. And the questions are super easy.

PS: i donated 800 grains in 10 mins :)

Was sick during the weekends :(
But i'm totally well now, no flu, no cough and my voice is back to normal :)

I've noticed that the best and fastest way to recover is to rest. Seeing the doctor and taking medicine helps but nothing is better than giving your body a break. If you've been unwell for quite some time, maybe you should consider giving yourself a break.

PS: water and lots of the love helps too :3

Just finished this amazing book yesterday :)

It's a non-fiction book written in a fictional way.Like any real life stories, this book don't really have a happy ending to it. In a way, it shows that no matter how grand and magnificent something/someone is, it still has to end ( and most probably not a good end). I guess that's how life is.

Sets me thinking. Should we just not have great dreams and not work hard since whatever you work for will probably come to a ~~sad~~ end or should we try our best, give all that we have and leave something great behind for people to remember before we come to that ~~sad~~ end?

Anyway, i've decided that i need to read more. Not as much as i used to but at least a book every one to two weeks.

I'm going to put my to read list here so i can keep track:

Waiting is part of everyday life. We wait for the bus to come, wait in the queue to buy stuff, wait for people who are late, wait for work/school to end, etc...

The more you do something, the better you get at it. I think this applies to almost everything but definitely not waiting. I'm not good at waiting though i've done it all my life.

However, waiting does train your character and i know that i'm not ready. So all i can do now is wait for the right timing, His timing.

PS: but i do wonder if that chance, that promise, has already pass me by...

Had a very tiring day.

Was busy doing my literature review till 3.40am. Then, woke up at 7am to go to school with a not even half done review. In the end found out that it is due tmr ><
But i really have no idea how i'm going to get 1000words when i'm stuck at 400 since last night.

After that had to finish the safety management report that was due at 5pm. But i think we were very "zai" to finish it in 4hours :)

Was super tired and wanted to have a short nap before i start on my lit review again but the lift decided to breakdown and i was stuck inside. So, here i am tired and abt to start on my lit review. I hope i'll be able to finish it by 12am so that i can sleep before going to school tmr.

Today, Pst Kong announced where the new church building will be at. Suntec now belongs to us. WAHAHAHAHA! :D
(we might not own the whole place but it still belongs to us :p)

I'm finished with the "happy happy" part so lets move to the "decisions decisions" part.

Should i go for Choir audition?
Will it be possible to serve in two ministry?

I really wanna go for choir. It's the ministry that i wanna go to since forever. Yet being in Attributes for 1year 4months plus, i have feelings for that place. I've met so many wonderful people there.

Did i tell you i hate to make decisions? Yet life is full of decisions...

Went to school for FYP briefing today. It was as boring as yesterday's training. The only difference is that going for briefing gives you assignment instead of $$$.

There is so many assignment, to be exact, 3! 3 assignment that requires thousands of words each. 2 to be handed in next week. And there's another briefing on Thurs which means more assignments ><

Where is my holiday! :(((

First day of work today. Actually not considered first day of work since it's only training and orientation. But still there is pay $_$ Hahaha.

It was quite boring. Had to wake up super early. The whole training was from around 0830 to 1600. And the food they provide at the cafeteria is not meant for human consumption(the pasta was half cooked, still hard one loh!)

Anyway, i'm still glad that i've found a job(work=$$). There's another full day training on Fri on food handling(i think). Hope that the actual job would be fun :)

There are a few(actually more than a few) theories i have come up with. Maybe you know some of them and maybe you don't know any.

There is one about studying and working hard. People have told me that it doesn't make sense and i, myself thinks that it is quite dumb and unrealistic until today.

Still, i have no choice but to believe. That is all i can do for now:)

Just came home from my reunion dinner not long ago :D
Haven't seen my cousins for a while. Really missed them.

The best event tonight is when me and my cousins played "monkey". Reminds me of when we were young. It's great to be kids. No worries, just play all day.

Don't be too quick to draw your own conclusions, you might just miss out on what's important.

It's amazing how our mind works. When we make a decision and have a final conclusion on something, we put in no more actions to verify or confirm if we were right. Or does this only apply to me?:p

While i'm on the topic of conclusion, let's talk about losing faith.

Losing faith is drawing a final conclusion to life, to humanity. Watched "Legion" last week and i think it is scary to lose faith.

Losing faith in someone is writing a final conclusion to the chapter both of you share and at the end of that chapter, there's no "happily ever after".

In 2 Timothy 2:13, the Bible says that even if we're faithless, He remains faithful.
And i hold on to that:)

This week is a week of stress and joy. Stress as there's exams and Joy as after Wed it will be HOLIDAY! :D

Went for morning pm today:)

I cant concentrate on studying at all. My neighbor downstairs, decided to renovate his/her house. They have been drilling and drilling since ytd and my Mummy say that they are going to be drilling and drilling till the end of the month.

Awesome!

Soon, my head will be stuck with the drilling sound. I wonder why they need to start at 9am in the morning?

It's a good thing that school starts early tmr plus there's pm. If not, i would be in a very bad mood when i wake up to the noise of all these drilling.

Hope that i can get use to the drilling and start on studying.

LAPPY IS NOT SICK ANYMORE! XD

Haven't been blogging for a long while. There were some problems with lappy and so was deprived of using him. But he is better already after like one week plus. So poor thing right? ><

Long time ago, before i went to poly(hmm... is that really a long time ago?), before i got lappy, i don't get to surf the net often(only when i go to my cousin house). No watching drama online, no online games, no msn and no blogging and reading other people's blog. There was no need for a computer(i was still "tv queen" then).

But now, it feels super weird not having lappy around. It's only one week but it felt like forever(i'm exaggerating). I was really restless and was not able to get anything done the first two days.

Anyway, now that lappy is back, i hope it will never get sick again(till i can replace it with a MAC).

Just finished with my CCTA project, going to take a break and then start on my MMB revision(again).

Haven't been blogging for more than 2 weeks. Really didn't use much of my lappy except for school and to watch You're Beautiful.

Decided to blog a little since i need to wait for Willie to reach home and finish the excel thingy.

This week has not been very eventful so i dont really have much to blog about. Anyway, even if i did, i probably forgotten about the events le. So here i am thinking of what to type while typing.

Hmmm..... I guess there really isn't anything much. LOL!

Just wanna appreciate some people(you know who you are :3):

Was really glad that we got to spend more time than usual together this week. We should at least eat dinner once a week together. Really wanna thank all of you for always being there. Each of you have a special place in my heart.

I think we all have our insecurities, especially when we don't get to see each other as often. I have mine too. That's why i cherish all of you and our time together more and more.

Have been very indiscipline in managing my finances these two weeks, especially this week. Must really spend less, and only on the needs and not on the wants.

Had BS ytd. Was really great:)
I don't know about others but i was very impacted by the BS ytd. People tend to take a lot things for granted. The more we do something, the less meaningful it becomes. In the end, it becomes only a routine. Everyday i speak this name, but i never really see the "amazingness" and "powerfulness" of this name i speak. Was my brain ever connected to my heart?

Went to Botanic Garden for Photography class today :D
Was a fun and interesting learning experience. Make me see how little i am. The lecturer can really take very nice photos. Compared to his, mine is like a child that is playing with her camera.

I still enjoyed the whole trip though except when it started raining cats, dogs, penguin, rabbits, and all the other animals you can think of :p

There were a few photos that i liked a lot. But some of the photos i like, the lecturer don't like:(
Oh well... I'm starting to get his likes and dislikes. Have to take more of "his kind" of photos so that i can do well. Have another assignment due next week, this time, need at least 33 photos(another 30%). Hope i'll have the time to go "shooting".

Ended school earlier than usual. Was suppose to reach home early but went to Cold Storage to do some shopping so ended up reaching home like normal Mondays.

I wonder how i can stay at a supermarket for so long. Anyway, bought quite some stuff when my wallet was already having a hole, so now got an even bigger hole >< I don't know if i'm feeling super good today that's why i feel like shopping or is it because i'm not in a good mood.

Well, i myself also have no idea. Most probably it's just all the thinking, "goods" and "bads" mix together.

Just started my new organiser ytd. Felt more organised and more in charge of my time. Let's just hope that i will continue to put it to good use:)

PS: I'm having a very interesting idea. It's still at it's planning stage but i think i can launch it at the end of this week. But i guess only a handful, which is like 3 ppl who'll get to know abt it. Haha. (It sounds like a big idea but it's not :p)

Mummy is going to Hong Kong today and will only come back on Friday night. Will miss her. Now, i'm left with the responsibility of my siblings, especially in waking Felicia for school.

Have been quite busy this week with the revisions, birthday planning, cake baking and stuffs. I'm so glad that i'm able to get plenty of rest today. It's been two weeks(since school starts) since i have enough sleep.

I was so tired last night. Wanted to just rest awhile but ended up falling asleep(when the TV is still on) and i didn't even wake up once during the night.

Hope that the coming week will be better and i can manage my time better :)
Have more time to blog too.

Today had DBG practical. We were suppose to drug the flies and then put them under the microscope to look. Needs a lot of eye power. Had to draw 12 flies in total. I'm so bored of flies now.

Found my pencil box!
I was right, i did leave it at riverwalk. Felt really upset the last few days whenever i wanted to write/draw, especially in school. Finally i feel more at ease now that i have found my cute little pencil box:)

Went home with Maine after school:) Don't think i'll do it often although i like the companionship, maybe once a week? Takes me 2hrs plus a little to reach home.

Felt tired and hungry. I think it's because i'm not used to waking up early. After Maine alighted, i sat down and fell asleep. Couldn't keep my eyes open at all. I was so reluctant to alight when the bus reach the interchange.

I lost my pencil box:(
I'm not sure but i think i lost it on Wed. Maybe i left it at riverwalk after BS. Will go see if there is any lost and found corner. If it's not there, i think i'll have to replace everything. From pencil, pen, ruler, correction fluid to eraser. And i promised myself that i wont lose my eraser again(since Willie bought it for me). So i guess that's why i decided to just lose everything ><
I hope it's at riverwalk.

Time flies. I guess that was what i had experienced this holiday. Not only is this the last week of the holidays, it's Friday already, and it's the night of Friday. That means only two more days of holidays left ><

Anyway, let me blog a little about the week. Had PM this week so went out everyday.

Tuesday:
Went to eat hokkien mee. It was really nice. Went there three times before we finally get to eat it. The first time, the hawker was close for cleaning. The second time, the hokkien mee was sold out.

After that went to play swing:)
Came up with lots of interesting names :p
Fi-ball(Fishball), Kay-ku(Cake), Prawny, Sotong.

Wednesday:
Went to sing in the afternoon. Then head down to Riverwalk for PM and BS. BS was about Healing. Was an interesting lesson.

After that, went to have supper with Willie, Shirley, Mark and Big Sebas. Sushi and BK :3

Thursday:
SENTOSA! Will post photos soon. After that went to Novena for dinner:)

Friday(today):
Went to have steamboat buffet with my classmates. Chit-chat, walk around. Haven't seen them in a while.

Yup, i think that summarises what i did so far this week.

From seeing each other almost everyday, now we'll only get to see each other like maybe once or twice a week during the weekdays. That is so sad :(

Tmr's gonna be a busy day.

First, i have to wake up early to do IS enrollment. It starts at 10am. Not very early but it's early to me. Furthermore, i haven't decide what to take yet. Should i take something i like/am interested in(i might not do well for it and it might then affect my GPA) or should i take something easy and can be able to slack. I really don't know.

I wanted to take Photography but (1)i don't have a camera(can borrow from cousin), (2)i heard it's not easy to do well. I also wanted to take languages, Jap or Korean, but everyone says that it is very difficult to get good grades for languages.

There are also other things that sound interesting like "Perspectives on China" and "Understanding Animation".

Decisions decisions decisions!!! Argh...! Hate it!

Second, i have work tmr, from 2pm. Which is going to be tiring. I hope my shoes will be good and don't bite my toes. If not, i'll be very moody during work.

Mummy sent my DSL for repair ytd. I hope that it is just a small problem and would not require too much $ to fix. I would rather buy a new one than spend $50-$60 to fix it(if it's not given to me by Jason ><). Moreover, there is the Dsi, which i simply love to have :3

I'm not going to let Felicia touch it after it's fixed. Everything that goes into her hands end up in a bad state for a few amount of reasons, mainly cause she doesn't take good care of them.

Mummy say i should fix this one and let Felicia play and buy a new one for myself. I was wondering if she'll buy one for me but she said that since i'm working i can afford one ._."

Just watched finish another drama :)
碧血鹽梟 Sweetness in the Salt
Quite nice. But i just feel that there is not enough of Steven Ma especially at the front part of the drama. I think i just being bias :3

Anyway, seems that my whole week is packed except today which was also supposed to be packed. I don't mind staying at home though. Gives me time to watch drama, read and maybe do some Dip plus homework.
My week is too packed. For example, tmr, have Dip plus in the morning then going out with Gwendolyn in the afternoon, then meeting Xiao Hui for dinner. No complains from me though. I miss both of them lots, haven't seen them in a while. Plus they are either busy with work or attachment so not easy to meet me.

Second week of my holiday is going to be over soon. I think these two weeks have been quite eventful, quite fruitful too :)

I'm about to finish my second drama for this holiday, but the last episode just refuse to load. So angry! ><

It's like one week one drama(although i finish them in like 2-3 days). That's healthy. After this drama, i'll be reading. Not adopting any new drama for a week or till i finish my two books.

Yay! This holiday, i'm going to do all the things i wanna do without overdoing them:)

Just a short review on the two dramas:

(1)少年四大名捕 The Four
3/5 Average
The whole plot is nice. But, there are a lot of loop holes in the storyline. And the ending was bad. I enjoyed the drama though and i like the role Raymond Lam played :)

(2)金石良缘 A Journey Called Life
4.5/5 Great
Didn't want to watch it at first as the poster looks really boring(i started because of Steven Ma :p). Love this drama! Made me laugh lots and cry a little. Very very sweet. I still don't know how it ends though. And i really like Steven Ma, he's a great actor! :D

Yup yup. That's all for reviews, aren't they short? LOL!
I think i need to improve on my vocab. The only words i used in the reviews are "great", "bad", "nice", etc... It's like i'm a primary school kid ;_;

Holidays equal four things.
(1) Drama!
(2) Read lots of books!
(3) Outings(singing, shopping, basketball, just chill, etc...)
(4) More sleep :p

For (1), anyone have any recommendations? My range very wide one. From Jap, Korean, TW to HK, from romance, comedy, historical, detective to fantasy, and more. As long as nice can le :)

But i really don't like old dramas. Like 1980s de.
WA! I cannot stand although they are nice la. Actually 199something one i also cannot stand. Haha. Wanted to watch 三国演义 but i don't like the actors and the graphic. So i'll wait for the 2010 one(i know i always waiting for movie/drama that takes a long time to come out).

For (3) needs $$$. So i think i need to go work. Most probably going for an interview on Fri. I want go shopping but i feel guilty for buying stuff, especially shoes, when i don't earn any money.

As for (4). Hmmm... Actually it's not good to sleep too much. I should cultivate a good habit of sleeping and waking up early(like Carmen). Good for health(Fion always fall sick de ><).

Haha. I don't know why am i typing all these here. I just felt like blogging. Sorry that my post is a little messy. I'm just typing as my mind is thinking, so very disorganise.

Just read Pst Kong's blog. Love to read his blog. Cannot understand some part of it. Maybe i should read it again when i'm well. My brain seems to be not absorbing anything. Really dislike being sick, especially coughing. Super irritating and super tiring.

Watched Lorenzo's Oil during MBC lecture ytd. Personally, i think it is a great movie. Very inspiring and emotional. Haha. The kind of show that makes you feel and think at the same time. Maybe cause it's base on a true story. Those who are reading this post, go watch. It's very nice:)

Had leaders meeting on tues. Took train home from Pioneer. There wasn't much ppl when we board the train. All was peaceful :) Then suddenly, out of nowhere, a bunch on very noisy people came to sit at our area. They were probably Filipinos.

They were like what XX said, like a "market". LOL! Shir, XX and i could not hear what each other were saying and we had to raise our voice to be heard.

WAHAHAHAHA!
I think it was like "since you can't stop them, join them :D"
So there came the Shir, XX and Fion Market. (Please come by often, we sell the best vegetables, meat, etc...) LOL!

Haven't been blogging for a while.
Two reasons:
(1) I'm lazy
(2) Have quite some activities keeping me occupied

Went to the Science Centre today for "Da Vinci The Genius" exhibition with my cousins!

& i must say that he really is a genius. He is not just an artist but also a scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, botanist, musician and writer. What an amazing person! I love the panting of the The Last Supper! :D

I'll quote some of the things he said that i saw at the exhibition that i really love <3

Have been really tired these few days, starting from Fri(missed morning PM on Fri and 2500steps and SF practise on Sun) Have no idea why? Hope i'll get over it soon :)

First day of CT.

MOBIO was quite easy :D

Haven't studied for the other two papers yet. Haha. But i don't feel stress over it at all, maybe the stress will come on the day of the paper(cause i don't know anything :p).

It's strange that the more i studied, the more stress i feel. Whereas if i just leave everything to the last minute, i feel relax. So weird right.

LOL! Actually, it's not weird. I know why i feel this way :)

It's great to know why you feel what you feel. It's very irritating when i feel upset or any other kind of unpleasant emotions but don't know where it comes from/what cause it. At this time it's best to do QT and let the one who knows me best tell me. It really works ^^

But i think Luffy is the most lovable character ever!

He has his way of winning a person to his side, even his enemies. Some people might say that the way he thinks is very stupid and he is very gullible, however, i think that is who he is innocent and simple.

IF your brain/heart works the same way Luffy's does, you will the happiest person on earth :)

Felt that this week is quite a slow week. I have no idea why, but i just felt so.

Woke up really early today, 8 plus(normally i wake up after noon on Sundays), because had a block nose. Super uncomfortable. And after that, my nose is running like crazy. It's been so long since i have a mountain of tissue on the table. Haha. Just hope it will be better soon. Cause it's making me moody ><

Was just thinking over some stuff. People should really keep negative comments to themselves. I mean it's ok to rant and voice out your displeasures but don't over do it.

Sometimes i wonder why some people are always so emo/unhappy/facing problems like most of the time? Just look at their blogs or the way they see life and you know why. Most of them choose to be unhappy.

It's like they fell into a pit and you each out your hand for them to hold but they chose not to grab hold of it. They just wanna stay there complaining about how unlucky they are that they fell in.

Being happy is a choice :)
(Although sometimes it may be difficult)
